We believe that just like a building needs architectural plans, a business also needs a solid foundation to thrive.
Many architects and designers have incredible creative skills but lack the knowledge of running a business. We understand that business education is often not a part of the traditional design school curriculum. That's why we provide our clients with the necessary support and guidance to help you navigate the business side of the industry.

About jacqui
Working Together
Jacqui Kirk is a coach & mentor and provides business education and support to architects and designers. She brings over 20 years working in the architecture industry, starting out at Hayball in Melbourne, before relocating to London where she spent 10 years, notably as a Director and Shareholder for now Studio Moren.
As a business leader she has developed expertise across all design support areas including client management, marketing, business development, HR and recruitment, building team culture and was responsible for growing and leading an interior design division. She has worked on projects and with clients globally to include Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia.
Jacqui delivers a unique combination of practical architecture expertise with objectivity and clarity to assist architects build and grow thriving and profitable practices.
About KATE
Working Together
Kate completed a BA in Interior Architecture and gained industry experience at The Buchan Group before moving to London and joining Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.
Her interest and passion for people led her to a career in recruitment, where she has spent the last 16 years, most notably as Managing Director of Bespoke Melbourne, where she was responsible for growing the company into one of Australia’s most well-known recruiters specialising in architecture & design.
Kate brings incredible industry expertise in building teams, personal development & growth, leadership and most importantly, understanding what it takes to run a successful business.
